Well I saw another forum that has people with 50000+ posts. But it's way bigger than this one.

But those sites have probably been around for a long time, and the people have probably been around a very long time too.

Well, if it's up for about 5-7 years and someone posts a ton I'm sure someone could get there, but I could care less about post counts.

The forum with those people has only been around for a year and 3 months. But it's got like 100000 members.

Hm on another forum that I'm a mod at, if we didn't delete posts in some boards often I would have over 10k. Some would easily have 30k+ . I've ben there for two years now, but some would have 30k in a year or so. As soon as this forum starts picking up(no I wouldn't consider this a very active forum) we could all have(the founding 1000) 10k+ in a year or so. Aslong as no one gives up and keeps posting this site will get far!

If you are really worried about post count/titles from post counts/internetz clout... you really need to find better ways to spend your time. I like to surf the web during work, and post and read forums as much as the next guy, but endless posting to pad your post counts just to get some forum title seems pretty lame to me.

To each their own I guess, but seriously guys, some of the post padding posts that say nothing worth saying just to get a new title only hurt the forum and cost bandwidth.

Wow, nice mate, congrats!   I'm still on my way to 500. Actually, I'm still on my way to 400 haha. Actually, while pointless post take away from the quality of the forum, they do make more money from adds. I agree though, its importan to have post with actual content.

I agree. I just like seeing what DS came up with for titles. Not all my posts are junk.
