What is your favorite and best way that you use to avoid getting game overs in success mode?

well, it usually helps to get enough scout eval points to clear the bar before the cutoff to move up to AAA and MLB

I usually find that I can get by with no help from items, but trying to practice (ONLY when a coach icon is present, so you're not wasting vitality otherwise) as much as possible, doing well in games (if you can't seem to get it right, possibly try save/loading to get good results from games) and on scout tests (I usually stick with the basic test). If I seem to be getting stuck or really need an extra boost, I usually go to the shop and pick up a Prince's Necklace and a handful of Shiny Fragrances. Other than that, targeting your ability upgrades helps -- don't be upgrading your hitter's Fielding or Error Resistance when you're barely hitting your weight in AA; getting your Stamina up is important as a pitcher (esp. as a SP), but building a solid foundation with a decent Top Speed/Control and at least one passable offspeed pitch is a must before you do that.
