He's(MrWelz) not making the character to use in life mode, he's making a character that was in last years success mode. So, he wants to have intimidator since the character had intimidator. He wouldn't waste his time going into my life mode to get intimidator.

Intimidator is a must have for Patrick. Unfortunately, I will probably just scratch this player and try him again when we have more info. :(

Plus nobody knows yet how to get it in life for pitchers.

Well, I created a fielder and dated Lucy, giving her a Christmas present. I got spray hitter too, so maybe she's only the source for pitching Intimidator? I have no idea now.

No, and there's a few I think we're still trying to get:

Intimidator - exact way to get it
Gyroball - Don't think anyone has found it yet. Keep trying guys!
Other special pitches - If they exist
Star - This may not be achievable in Success mode.
Gd Rain - I think this would be a fun one to have. A-Rod has it and I want it!

Post more if anyone knows of more special abilities that should be attainable in Success Mode.

I think it would make sense if you got gd eye from sittch's training, from the dynamic vision one. Seems like it could fit.

My summary of everything I've ever gotten from Sittch's training, over the course of roughly 20 characters, split evenly between fielders and pitchers. (Not all of them succeeded, though...)

Alter Ego Fielder: Hot Hitter, Good B2B Hitter
Alter Ego Pitcher: Good Pickoff

Tree Cloth (Pitcher, though I don't think it matters): Good Sense (This is EXTREMELY rare. I've gotten it once out of 25 players.)

Glove in water: Pick Neither, he'll give you a new glove.

Water Spider: No abilities, from what I've seen.

Quick Change: Same as alter ego, I think.

Shurikun Dodge (Pitcher): Hot Head (This is a bad [red] ability, and you get it by completing the training, not by failing. It's curable with the "Mellow" purple ability)

Shurikun Throw (Pitcher): Create your own pitch.
Shurikun Throw (Fielder): "Good at hitting for average" (I don't know what this means)

And the things I've gotten from Tom's carpentry:

When he asks to help a second time: Good Bunt (I accepted)

When he talks about the final use of the "pitching machine": Gd Morale, Gd Small Ball

And from Frank:

When you excercise into the night, then ask about his dream again: Quickness, Reflexes

When you talk to him after his sister collapses (This happens after you're in AAA, these events are auto if you completed enough of his story): Good Sense

When he tells you to win games for him (I FORGET WHEN THIS HAPPENS, but it's after you're in AAA): (as a pitcher) Battler, (as a fielder) Rally Hitter

Things I've gotten from Emily, though I forget where and when:

Poker Face, (Cured Laziness), Pickoff, Good Bunt, Good Small Ball (Mentality), Quickness, Spider Catch, Battler, Pivot Man, Durability, Reflexes, Error Prone (BAD)

The private investigator that you can meet when your character has a random event where he looks through the newspaper(I think) for a job and calls him and he tells you to meet him outside of town(the street option) next week. You can find stuff for people and if you find the dog you can get a suprise bag from the girl and you will get money from Jaw.

And you can repeatedly get the surprise bag by goin to Street and getting the Find the Dog job for Jaw. Note that everytime I got "Find the dog as quickly as possible" I was unable to get the Surprise Bag.

This is a great way to get abilities that cannot be gained normally. Just S/L until you get Secrets of Hitting/Defense/Pitching.

Another thing I found out about Jaw and finding the dog is that I didn't get a Surprise bag if you already had one in my inventory.

Oh yeah I just love getting Secrets of Pitching books for my 1B
