If you have a favorite team from that era, let me know and I’ll post it. You can tell me if I forgot anyone or if you would do something different.

Eric, i tried implimenting this strategy into my new fielder, but every time I did my Jaw job, it went something like this:

Hmm... where should I look?
Look to the Right.
I'll look to the right.

Hey, there he is. He's scary
...
Hey! He dissapeared!

Sorry for inaccuracy, but I've tried S/L but it ends up the same. Ideas?

You ate the candy that attracts him.

i did? oh. WHY DID I DO THAT?!?! :evil: :(

Doesn't matter though, because I finished my guy with these stats:

CON-A (maxed)
PWR-A (above 200)
RUN SPD-B (12, I think)
ARM STR-C (10, I think)
FLD-C (not sure)
E RES-B (13, I think) :D

Thanks Eric!

How can you have more than 12 items in your inventory?

That helped me, but I didn't get a candy when I did the "Find the ring" job. :(
Help, but I just think I should buy a candy, since I already saved.

I wish I knew. I'm assuming this is a flaw that Eric overlooked, or I'm missing something really obvious.

If you are referring to the 15 Gambler's Rings, you don't hold all 15 at once. You would acquire 8 or so and then sell them when you visit Bison to load up more Carryover Chocolate. But that technique really isn't necessary. One G-Ring is all you need. Use the rest of the Surprise Bags for the Books.

That's what I was assuming, but I wasn't sure.

I meant the waxes. the guide says to have 25.

That too! How can you buy 25 waxes when you can only have 12? I don't think the discount coupon works multiple times at the end of the game.

You can buy one for $15 I guess. Just remembered that.

But he didn't say anything in his guide about having multiple discount coupons.

The only set discount I can get without buying it is from Bison by saying "Not Interested".

When you use your discount coupon, everything is at a discount for that particular turn. Not just one item - everything. And the entire sequence when you customize your player at the end of the game is considered one turn, so you can buy stuff, use it, and go back to Bison for more stuff at the same discounted price. In other words, you:
- Go to items and use you Discount Coupon;
- Visit Bison and sell all of your excess stuff;
- Buy whatever you want. If you want to buy 24 bat waxes, you buy 12, apply them to the bat, come back and buy 12 more and apply those to the bat.
