I'm back!

Anyways, I was wanting you guys to give me stat suggestions for the current Red Sox roster (minus Middlebrooks, since I already made him) because I'm wanting to make all of them in success. The roster:

C David Ross: 3DCFCCE
C Jarrod Saltalamacchia: 3DBFCBD
C/1B Mike Napoli: 3DBFCDE
1B David Ortiz: 4CAFEGE (Done 4CAFEFE)
2B Dustin Pedroia: 2CCCDBB
3B/SS Pedro Ciriaco: 2DFBBBC
SS Stephen Drew: 2DDECCB
LF/RF Jackie Bradley Jr.: 2DECCBB
LF Daniel Nava: 1DDDBDD
CF/LF Jacoby Ellsbury: 2CDAEBC
CF/RF/LF Shane Victorino: 2CDBBBB
RF Jonny Gomes: 3DBEDEC
SP Jon Lester: 96 AC 4CUT 3CB 4CHG 3SNK
SP Clay Buchholz: 96 AD 3CUT 2CB 2CHG 3SNK
SP John Lackey: 93 BD 2SLD 2CUT 3CB 2CHG
SP Ryan Dempster: 94 BD 4SLD 4CHG 3SPLT 2SNK
SP Felix Doubront: 95 BD 4CB 2CHG 3SNK
RP Andrew Miller: 95 DD 3SLD 4CHG
RP Koji Uehara: 92 EB 4SPLT 5SNK
RP Junichi Tazawa: 97 DD 3SLD 4CHG
RP Alfredo Aceves: 94 EC 2CUT 2CB 2CHG 3SNK
RP Clayton Mortensen: 92 DD 2SLD 3CHG 2SNK
RP Andrew Bailey: 95 ED 3CUT 5CB
CP Joel Hanrahan: 100 ED 6SLD

The ? after the player's name shows that I don't have stats for him. I'll fill those in as I get stat suggestions.

The ? before Jonny Gomes shows that I don't have a position for him, as he is currently the Sox's DH. I'd like position suggestions for him.

Thanks to all of you who help!

P.S. I also wanna do some minor leaguers.

CF/LF Ryan Kalish: 2DDBCCB
RP Franklin Morales: 97 DD 4SLD 4CB 4CHG
RP Craig Breslow: 94 ED 3CUT 4CHG
SS Jose Iglesias: 1DECBBB
RP Daniel Bard: 97 ED 4SLD 3CHG

I'd make Gomes a RF and probably just go off of Eric's suggested stats.

Welcome back though!

Thanks! It's good to be back!

Did Eric finish the whole thing? And which section is it in? Did he do pitchers?

EDIT: Just checked. The answer to the first and third questions is no, so I'd like you guys to make your own suggestions.

Okay. I'll be removing some of those players from that, seeing as how they aren't on the Sox anymore, like Overbay and Zambrano. Still need a few more stats. Also, I'll probably make Ortiz better considering how good he did last year.

EDIT: Got everybody except Mortensen. Thanks Zero! Some of your ratings were a little high though.

DOUBLE EDIT: If anybody else has recommendations for the stats, go ahead and let me know.

Sorry for the DP, but I'm almost done with Ortiz, and I wanna know if I should make the players the age they are now, or the age they were before the '08 season. Middlebrooks falls under the second category. What do you guys think?

Why would you make those guys when they're already in the game? Iglesias and etc. I could see since they're prospects.

I just felt like remaking everybody because they have different skills and/or positions. And it gives me something to do.

Yeah.

Got to the championship with Ortiz, but then the disc stopped reading, so now I'm back to July Week 4, Year 2. Stats: 4CAFEFE, trying to get Power Hitter.

K. Thanks for the help!

Post subject:  Re: Red Sox Roster

I would replace all the SNKs with 2SFBs.

Level 1-2 SNK = Level 1 2SFB
Level 3-5 SNK = Level 2 2SFB
Level 6-7 SNK = Level 3 2SFB

Also, replace all the SLD with V-SLD or SLV (based on preference).

Be sure to note that Stamina is listed before control in the list, not after (97 BE would be B stamina and E control).

Thanks for the tips. But why replace the slider?

Sliders don't move horizontally unless they're thrown sidearm or with extreme pronation.
