So I had to go do a chore and I saved on Year 1: Sept. Week 1, unfortunately the TV Thief event took place that week and I couldn't avoid the Championship game against the Wild Jokers the next. I know I will get significantly less many now, but I still want to catch him for what I can. Will he be in the same location Marvin said in Week 1 (Ex Lookout) or do I have to go back to the Food Restaurant and get a new location? Thanks! -Tri |

I think that he'll be in the same location, so if Marvin tells you he's at the lookout two weeks before you go to the lookout, he'll still be there. |

Alright, I just kept going to Frank over and over again, guess I should just finish his arc now. Still made $1350 from the Thief.
