This isn't Sittch specific, but I use the Psychic Goggles and take everything (unless I have 2 strikes) unless it is a 4 seamer, a change-up in a good location, or an error pitch. I have had good success with this and you'll generally see more pitches, so the starter is often gone by your third or fourth at-bat.
