There are probably dozens of threads on maxing out a player in Success Mode 2008, so for now just ask me questions. Use some specificity; don't just ask "how do I make a maxed out player". I'll catalog the actions of the next maxed out player I make. I made Chewbacca. He's somewhere on the forum, don't feel like finding him right now. |

I practiced on weights, and I went again next week. The person I made said, "Man, I don't feel like practicing. I'll go through the motions..." And I got nothing from it except coach eval -3. Did this happen to you when you played? |

If I can remember, it means that your character has the Lazy attribute, which means that this will happen from time to time at practices. You can get rid of this, but I don't remember how.  I'd google it or check the wiki, or I'm sure there's already a post about this somewhere on the forum.
