I’ve been laid up the last six weeks with a knee injury, so I decided I wanted to get back into playing some Power Pros. However, somehow, the hard drive on my Wii went bad and all my data became corrupt, so I had to purchase a replacement. Once I got the replacement system I decided to combine my two favorite logs, my Pelicans log and my San Jose Riptide log I had from MLBPP 2007. I created all the cast of players I had in my riptide log for 07 for the new log here in 08; minus Rick Vaughn and Kenny DeNunez. I instead created Kit Keller as a second starter and passed on a closer. I tried not getting too crazy with the success players, and I think I did a pretty representative job. I do however admit Ryan Dunne got a little out of control… I blame it all on the steak lady. I really didn’t want to do a full expansion, so I instead eliminated the Florida Marlins (No one cares about them anyway). I did, however, take the attributes of their best players and distributed them to players on other teams that needed help; I also realigned all the divisions. I have a lot going on with life right now, so I’m going to post updates as much as I can. I also be changing the way I normally do updates, opting to do a series summary at the end of a series.
