I don't know if there is really a strategic method for practicing and resting your players to keep their fatigue down and gain them experience points evenly in a season if that makes sense, but if anyone has a strategy, please tell me. My players are getting fatigued, but I want them to practice, too.

i play every game in season mode manually so i'm still working on the last month of the power pros 2007 season and have yet to play season on the 2008 game. though both power pros games vary slightly, Barundar's tips are right on and i'm sure that you can incorporate them into the new game.
