PHOENIX SWEEP RANGERS WITH STYLE (AND 11 HOMERS)
A 27-3 blowout in which Soriano and A-Ram hit 4 dingers.
Vladdy and Bellamy hit 2 each, and Arai hit 1.
King Felix allowed only 1 run in 6 innings, and a combo of Kevin Hart and Aaron Heilman finished the job.
Kevin Frandsen also started in place of Robinson Cano, who came down with the flu just hours before game time.
He is probable for Game 1 of the Series.

IN OTHER NEWS:
The Mets take a 3-1 lead over the Cards in a blowout of their own, a 17-1 thrashing.

Despite a nailbiting Game 5 in which the Cards won by a single run, the Mets advance in 6 to face the Phoenix.

Mets:
Pitching Staff: 6/10
Their rotation has not a single arm with over a B in stamina, and their "aces" are Kyle Kendrick and Mark Prior.
Great Shields, Scott Mathieson, and Buddy Carlyle finish one of the league's worst rotations.
Their bullpen is much better, with Brian Wilson (edited), Ryan Madson, and Chad Billingsley.

IF: 10/10
A.J. Pierzynski and Mark Sweeney are the "weak links" in this infield.
David Wright, Alexei Ramirez (REVENGE!) and Orlando Cabrera are the main components.
Backups include Joe Inglett, Jose Bautista and Luis Castillo.

OF: 8/10
Manny Ramirez is the anchor, Corey Patterson is good, and Hunter Pence is great.
The backup is Chris Denorfia.

Overall: 7.5/10
You can't win without good pitching, and the Phoenix hitters will wear out the starters very quickly.
Their offense is what carried them this far, but defense wins championships.

Did you score a run every inning? I think, umm... 9 teams have done that in history. Nice job though!

Ok if your winning and its in the 9th where you're 2 outs away
You have to go out by out like, "so-and-so flies out, 1 out in the inning"
Like that to make it tension buliding
