Post subject:  Hawaii Falcons-My second log-Dream Draft

Well this is my new log because of the sad fate that destroyed my other one

My team is called the Hawaii Falcons, they will play in Rainbow beach stadium, they wear dark green and blue uniforms and have a blueish green falcon as their symbol

The other team is the Phoenix Desert, they where desert type uniforms

I'm in the AL west and phoenix is in the central

I will be showing you my draft results later

Down below me will be the spots of my rosters, they are blank for now but I will fill them out later when I play

SP- Halladay
SP- Oswalt
SP- Meche
SP- Wakefield
SP- Volquez (edited to D control, A stamina and Dr. K)

RP- Moylan
RP- Lyon
RP- Sherrill
RP- Hart
RP- Tankersly
RP- Shields
CL- Nathan

C- Snyder
1B- Loney
2B- Frandsen
3B- Feliz
SS- H.Ramirez
OF- Willits(edited to B run spd)
OF- D.Murphy
OF- R.Sweeney (edited to C contact C power)
DH- Jacobs :D

B- Cash(C) edited to B arm str
B- Bynum (SS,2B, OF)

And I'm just going to say that I couldn't get superstars for my team because I have a small payroll, so after I got a few high price players, I had to get some average ones to help the payroll.

I'll have my starting lineup later, enjoy!

this is tough to choose who leads off
It could be hanley, willits to me is a leadoff man kind of player, ryan sweeney has B run speed, and Loney has A run speed
Decisions decisions decisions :?

hahahahahaha

lemme see:
SP- Incredible, i love both roys, and volquez is good.
RP- Nathan, Shields, Hart and Lyon make it a above average bullpen.

C- Decent, probably the 2nd position you should upgrade.
IF-Frandsen is surprisingly good, loney sucks in real life but is great here, and feliz (better than u think) and hanley are just great picks.
OF- Sweeney is good, but Willits/Murphy are average at best.
You should trade both for someone like Adam Dunn or BJ Upton. Bynum/Gutierrez won't do too bad in their place(s).

Overall- 8.5/10
Just upgrade the OF a little and you'll be unstoppable.

you should probably trade some high-salary players for cheaper ones, for instance Oswalt for Tim Lincecum, Meche for Paul Maholm, Wakefield is good but really old (he'll be gone in about 3 years), Nathan for Joba Chamberlain (or my created player Terminator :D ).

Flip-flop Jacobs and Loney. Jacobs is a slightly better fielder (I think).

And, like Sjax said, you'll need a stronger outfield.

Willits should lead off, with Sweeney batting second.

Hanley at cleanup, jacobs backing him up, and feliz 3rd.
loney 6th, then frandsen, snyder, and finally murphy.

murphy was a great rookie in real life this year, I think I could make a decent play out of murph if I get his power up 2 points to a D

I think Gutierez and Murphy can fight for an outfield spot

yep.
bynum can be a pinch runner.

Post subject:  Re: Hawaii Falcons-My second log-Dream Draft

Ya know, I'm not one of those people that likes to make cheap trades like Upton for murphy and that stuff but I may try it for once

I like Snyder at catcher because he has A arm strenght and he has good power for a catcher with C power and 3 Trajectory
What I need is a AAA outfielder and a younger catcher in AAA

Post subject:  Re: Hawaii Falcons-My second log-Dream Draft

Here's my suggested lineup:

1. Willits
2. Sweeney
3. Loney
4. Hanley
5. Jacobs
6. Feliz
7. Frandsen/Snyder
8. Frandsen/Snyder
9. Murphy

You could trade one of the outfielders for Shane Victorino and another for Jayson Werth. (It might take some reloading)

If you need a pitcher, check out some of my pitchers (105 mph :) ) and max out abilities for some. No intimidator or gyroball. Hanely should bat 3rd. Jacobs clean up.

Lincecum, Felix, Cano, Fielding, Braun, B.J. Upton, Jeff Francuor, David Wright, Martin are players worth investing in. Try to get a good closer from draft. GEt a catcher from draft too.

You could use David Wrong, Iqus, or Holt from me too!
and Bellamy would really shore up your OF.
