I'm not a save and load kind of guy, I dont like cheating much but thats always a possiblility...

What I like to do is have left right left right in the lineup and the batter that I want to bat in the first always bats third, which is always your best hitter/jacobs

If Murphys starting:

Willits
Frandsen
Jacobs
Ramirez
Loney
Feliz
Sweeney
Snyder
Murphy


If Gutierez starts:

Willits
Gutierez
Jacobs
Ramirez

Oh come on, James Loney has C con B pow and A run speed, he should be batting 2nd or 3rd. Probably 2nd.

His B power better suits him for backing up the heavy hitters, where 6th is perfect.
also, some power near the bottom of the lineup is always good.

Batters near the top of the order get more at-bats than the bottom of the order. Since Loney is your 2nd or 3rd best hitter, you probably want him at the top of the lineup, so he can get more at-bats. Besides, his true asset is not his power, but his speed.
