I was playing Jorge Cantu @ 3B, giving Wright the day off, and Cantu hurls himself against a wall to make a catch. He leaves the game. Post-game, I'm told that it will take 33 days to heal. |

60 days for a broken neck from Diggins, my catcher, in season mode. The only other one above 15 was Roy Oswalt out for 18 days with elbow pain... |

I don't remember.... I think he might've been put on the 60-day but I might have confused it with the 60-day injury. |

Mine was when I made my third baseman catch the ball at RFK, and he ran into the wall. I believe he was put on the 15-day twice. |

Interesting.....I have never seen someonr on the DL longer than the 15 day list. |

wow, i guarantee this is the longest injury anyone has seen yet. i just jumped into a wall, and the red exclamation mark came up. Ok I just started playing 08. With that said one of my goals for the second year was to "play in every game", and "bat .300". I'm doing okay at hitting .300, I started slow but got to about .325 or so. I'm the starting SS for the Royals. I had played in every game so far through a very disappointing 40-79 record so far (crappy pitching staff). Anyways, I played a game that we actually won, and at the end of the game when you get your stat increases, out of nowhere it says i'm injured. What! It didn't happen while I was even playing! There went one of my goals. |

I had a 230 day injury a while back. It was one of my draft picks, and I went all out after a foul ball down the left field line with my left fielder, and he dove head-first into the wall. He missed the rest of the season, and the next season he still couldn't be used to his full ability since his mood showed up as 'injured' green face the entire season. He wasn't a bad player either, so I'm hoping he can come back healthy next season. |
