In the top of the second, Jason Bartlett scarifice fly to center scores Evan Longoria. In the bottom of the second, Cano doubles, then Posada doubles to score Cano. Top third, Pat Burrell hits a 2 run homer. In the bottom of the fourth, Posada doubles to score Cano, then Melky Cabrera singles to bring in Posada. Top five, Crawford homers to right. In the bottom of the sixth, Hideki Matsui hits a 3 run homer to left. In the top of the ninth, the Rays engineer a comeback by Carlos Pena driving a homer to tie the ball game at 6 off Mariano Rivera. Then Troy Percival sends it to extras. In the bottom of the tenth, A-Rod doubles, then Robinson Cano singles to right to win the game.

In the top of the second, Cliff Floyd singled to bring in Gomes, and then Iwamura singled to bring in Longoria. In the bottom of the third, Matsui had a leadoff homer then an A-Rod single ties it up. In the top of the sixth, Johnny Gomes singles to bring in Upton. Bottom seven, Johnny Damon hits an RBI single. Top Eight, Floyd hits 2 RBI single. Bottom eight, Bobby Abreu 1 run homer. Then in the top of the ninth, Iwamura hits an RBI single. |Scott Kazmir was absolutley electric, pitching 7 innings, 3 ERs, and 11 ks.

I'm tired of doing every game so I'm just simming and playing some now.

APRIL
Rays sweep Mariners to keep a 5-game winning streak going
Then lose 2 out of 3 against the Orioles.
Out of nowhere the CUBS trade Ted Lilly to the ROCKIES for Brad Hawpe
Then the Rays were swept by the Jays
15-13 in April

MAY
Rays go 5-4 on road trip.
Rays head into series vs. Cards .500
Rays sign much anticipated rookie Ryan King to a 1 year deal worth 1720, then send down J.P. Howell, call up R.King.
