Ok so this is what I am doing.. I am going to put together a ulitmate team of real players and then manage the games not play them and see how my team does. So with saying that here are my thoughts on my roster. Your opinions are welcomed. I know its kinda lame managing but I enjoy it.. So here we go.

1st Base:

Mark Texiera - He is good defensivly and being a switch hitter really helps in the batting order.

2nd Base:

Chase Utley - Mr Clutch he will alway be on my team.

Short Stop

Jose Reyes - Quick, not bad defensivly and I don't like Brandon Phillips

3rd Base:

David Wright - Not as good as Arod but I like his all roundness numbers.

Left Fielder:

Manny Rameriz - Great bat, bad defense. I figure with the pitching I will have the bat means more.

Center Field:

Ichiro - Just amazing

Right Field:

Vlad - Another big booper, was thinking of someone with more speed here and might change my mind and put Sizemore or Beltran in Center and move Ichi to right.

Catcher:

Joe Mauer - Great batting average, and good defense. Will not hit the long bomb but will get on for the other guys.

Albert Pujols - He the man.

Bench I would like some thoughts.. Might go Defense and only looking at having 3 bench players.

Matt Holliday is better than Manny Ramirez.

Is that cause of his all around ability or is his ranking better?

Both, i guess. I don't get what you mean by ranking.

well, Holliday is about 9000 points cheaper.

I had Rivera there before on one of my other teams and I thought Krod was there...

Oh and by ranking I mean his A,B,C,D,E ranking in his skills.

yeah, Holliday is better than Ramirez at both.

Holliday doesn't have Intimidator, but he does have Contact Hitter.

Yeah I know J-Roll is better I am just not a fan. I kinda want a great team but at the same time guys I like. Hanley will be on the team and play short every 3rd game or so..

Rivera on the other hand I had on another team and he was my setup guy and I eventually had to take him out of that roll cause he was not producing. So thats why I never put him on the team. I am going to make my final choices today though.

Some problem areas I still have are Center and Right Field. Also I would like to find another top notch lefty in the bullpen any suggestions guys?

Okajima is pretty solid, Ryan's control is crazy bad and I will look at Fuentes tonight. Thanks...
