i did yesterday...

he has:

Positions: 1B (main) 2B 3B (subs)
B/T: S/R
TRJ: 3
Contact: 14 A
Power: 195 A
Arm Strength: 13 B
Fielding: 15 A
Error Resistence: 12 B
Run Speed: 15 A

And most of the buyable abilities plus Intimidator, Aggresive Stl, Bases Clearer, Refined

I didn't want to make a super player and was just trying to get intimidator, but habits got me again hehe...

How did you get Refined and what does it do?

I think you get it from the SoH book. It makes you a more patient hitter with a good eye. I think this might only affect you if your autoing/not controlling that player, but I could be wrong.

i think the description is a smart hitter with a great swing, but its a blue ability so it always affects you, not just when simming.

the abilities that cownip is talking about are Patient Hitter and Gd Eye; they're both green abilities. (makes sense, green abilites apply to simming)

I think I saw somewhere that Refined makes it more likely to get a bloop hit after making bad contact with a pitch... or maybe I'm confusing myself with Contact Hitter :?
