Okay, here's Joe Winget. He turned out to be fairly decent considering I didn't acquire the gambling ring. I didn't have the right fate cards when Pi Pi Pi came around, so I lost out on the whole Sarah track. Then for whatever reason I managed to lose track of time and didn't get Annie's phone number in time for the first Christmas Since you requested Gd Delivery, I burned the second Christmas on getting a Secrets of Pitching book in order to get that ability rather than going for the gambling ring then.

I don' t know how Joe is in real life, but in Success Mode he was the unluckiest *&^ing guy I've seen. I swear the game's dice roller got inverted, I was reloading for injury constantly even though the injury rate was never higher than the 38%. I also consistently bombed out on gambling, one time it took 12 times to succeed with a 43% rate! -lol- To be fair, he did quite well in the games. Other than losing once to the CR in year 2 (won it the second try), I won every other game on the first attempt. Joe no-hit the MLB all-stars for 6 innings before running out of gas and giving way to Alvin and Robin, who turned our 5-0 lead into a 7-5 loss.

Yeah, it's nearly impossible, and that's why I can't do it - think Roger Clemens (version 2.The-F). Anyone want to make more pitchers for me? I prefer if they aren't powerful because I don't want large salaries, but dependable enough to be on my AAA squad. Looking at around C quality Stamina and Control, high-80s to low-90s Top Speed and a few mid level pitches.
