Yes, but then where's the fun? Fighting to start in the majors is fun. I loved MLB Life because I hadn't played the game in three months. I was out of practice and my guy was stuck in the minors for the first two months, up for 2 and a half weeks, sent down for a week and a half, brought up and kept. It took till mid-early July to get back up. Now it's too easy and my guy with only E contact, 105 power, and D+ run speed is hitting 390 and will soon be hitting 400. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

eh well, may as well show the people proof anyway...I only did this three times yesterday, but like I said, the only real difference if you did this with pitchers would be what breaking/offspeed pitches you have. Anyways, undisputable proof:
first, a high schooler

second, a collegian

and last, an Indy leaguer

Yes, it does.

Unless I'm mistaking, there is no way to chart the pitches in Life. I created the same player twice, and he came up different with the BB's. :(

Yes. Real players get their normal salary. This may or may not be true entirely, all I know is A-Rod gets $25,000,000. Created players get $390,000 all the time.

how much is a private jet? I don't think he can get that for over a year. Not even him.

a jet is 50 million so it will take almost 2 years.

In real life A-Rod gets 30,000, so it would take 2/3ds of the second year. Private Jet just lets you carry more stuff everywhere.

That's if you saved up and didn't buy anything else. I used A-Rod once and had just $10 million after one year.
