Actually, the Reds (in-game) have some fairly solid players at all the positions you listed, except maybe catcher. And the Mariners have OK players too. Padres SS and 3B aren't too bad. Athletics 2B is pretty good. Come to think of it, the Phillies 3B (Pedro Feliz) isn't that bad either. You could certainly still have a player with those position there, but it's not quite as easy as the Rockies or Brewers (both of them have bench-level second basemen in-game). I might suggest Twins 3B, Cardinals 2B/SS, Pirates 3B, or Cubs SS/CF. Seeing as how you're a Brewers fan, I'd suggest using a second baseman on the Brewers (look in my signature, Newt Allen is on the Brewers)

So, could somebody post a list as what positions are good chances to get a starting job for each team?

I think having to be better than the starter to get a starting position is pure myth in this game.

Yeah, you'll get playing time whether you're better or not, but if you are better you get slightly more playing time and a decreased chance of having to move to another position you don't play.

They are all tied up. :( Ow well, looks like I'll have to decide. Catcher for the...Brewers?? Yes!!! The Brewers!! Jason Kendall can't hit to save his life. So, that is my choice everybody. Thank you for all of the help on this thread! :)

Btw, whoever said the A's 2B is a good psotition is wrong. Mark Ellis is very good in that spot (D B and Idk after that). An A's Catcher would be a fine choice. And idk about Brew Crew catcher Brewers, Kendell's better than you would think. Plus, an AL team is better if you want your guy for power, since it has the DH.

Fine. Whats an AL team with good pitching?? Also, please list what positions are good. AND, I also already have A's and Mariners in my consideration. I was gonna do Indians, but they are STACKED in this game.

Yankees. Hahahaha  . All kidding aside, the A's really don't have that good of pitching. They actualy really stink in this game. The M's aren't to Bad a choice. Hmmm, the Tigers are decent everywhere but they have good pitching. One of the wall team I thought of is the Orioles, they are not half bad, and their catching is pretty weak too, so that's one position you could look into there. Plus the Orioles are the Orioles, so they're bad everywhere  .

Best thing to do is create a success mode guy, and play with him, I once created a DH for the O's with 14 con and high power. The created players you make before success mode always are bad for some reason.
