It seems you can sometimes get a book from the professor after doing his assignment. if you're less lucky it'll be training gear or the graduate charm. |

Yeah I completed the Professor's Homework for a pitcher before the first game. I received the Secrets of Pitching book. I tried it a couple of times and always seemed to get the Lucky ability which pretty much makes a pitcher a Strikeout God in Success mode. If I remember right he pitched at least 7 innings every game and averaged about 9 Ks a game. |

Lucky concerns run support I think. It boosts the internal hitting stats of your team's lineup slightly. |
