I slugged a grand slam with my crappy fielder 3rd basemen. He only had D power.

Having a very good pitcher that I lost after the last game because I had no "yes" or "challenge" when the scout asked me if I really wanted to go in the majors...

I've never had that, but that sounds like a bummer.

Today I was down 3 runs in the 9th inning and had just hit in the 8th. As I prepared to reload I was shocked to see that it was my turn again with two runners on and a 1 run lead! I homered and ended up winning 9 to 5. I will probably never score 9 runs in a success mode game again.

i made a fielder and had him hit 4 home runs against patrick's team and still lost... 5-8

When I got hired to work for the "gang member". I had no idea that was an option.

I was attempting to get the tutor job, but after quitting the pizza place (yes, I had genius before I quit), my next job was maintenance. Then the mafia dude; while working for him, I actually ran out of money and had to borrow from him! After he ran out of jobs for me, I got a job washing dishes (lowest pay ever - it started me at $80). I was trying out a strategy of 'Never practice and always let Willy play', so I was able to work, study, and date - a lot.

While working for him, I kept waiting to get arrested or something bad, but nothing happened. Bizarre, eh?

Marvin came to steal my lady lucky magazine, or whatever it is, and instead of him taking it I said something like "I was thinking of giving it to you anyway". I can't remember what I got but some sort of stat increase. I've only seen this happen once out of many many times.

Recently had a game against the WG in which I run ruled Patrick! I batted around in the 8th, Brad hit a pair of 3 run homers, and the last one was a walk off shot!

The Tulips rarely score runs like that, ever!

I've never gotten 2 homers in one game, not counting my guy. Brad/Mark hit one about once every 3 guys that I create.

In the game of my first year, I played a team that wasn't the narcissus or the pink colored team (forgot who they were)...

IT WAS A TEAM MADE OF ALL TRACK RUNNERS! I am not even kidding. They were called the "_____ Legs" I believe... I was so surprised.

apparently, they have 5 guys that can run the 100 meter in less than 11 seconds.

In the numerous times I've done a success guy, this has only happened once (just today).

ps. I know this doesn't happen because it's not in the power pro Wiki.

It happens in the Wii. They are called the Impala Legs. In the first year game, there are a possible 4 teams that you may play.
They are:
Speed University Impala Legs - fast team
Think Tank University Tech Brains - nerdy team
Muscle College Iron Stones - supposedly strong team
Good Lookin' University Narcissus - handsome team?

None of them are particularly good.

It is a list of the starters on all of the possible teams you can play in Success Mode.

man, I didnt even know you could play think tank univ.

Is it all random or do certain events affect what teams you end up playing your first year?

I would think it's random, but it seems that every time I have a hitter with E power by the time the game comes around, I play the Iron Stones. That just might be a coincidence.

Maybe not "shocking" but during my latest run, I had a pitcher named Thrower and a bench player named Person as teammates.
