What about having multiple turns for one week during the season?

The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has it's own reason for existing. I've ALMOST got my guy maxed out here. Power at 247 and I'm not even to the final game yet.

When you use your discount coupon, everything is at a discount for that particular turn. Not just one item - everything. And the entire sequence when you customize your player at the end of the game is considered one turn, so you can buy stuff, use it, and go back to Bison for more stuff at the same discounted price. In other words, you:
- Go to items and use you Discount Coupon;
- Visit Bison and sell all of your excess stuff;
- Buy whatever you want. If you want to buy 24 bat waxes, you buy 12, apply them to the bat, come back and buy 12 more and apply those to the bat.

I have to disagree. I have done this before with my Gregory Hughes character and the coupon only applies to one trip to Bison. You will only be able to get 12 items at the discount. The remaining on your return you will have to pay full price.

This is correct. The discount coupon only counts for one trip to the store, so once you exit Bisons, you have used up your discount for good. And since 12 item slots is all you can ever hold at once, 12 is the maximum limit for discounted items as well during one discount trip.

This holds true even for the final ability screen at the end of the game. You can use you coupon once, go to Bisons, and it ONLY gives you the discount for that paticular trip- if you for instance exit, and return without buying anything- you will have used the discount coupon, and will not have a discount if you re-enter the store.

I mean if you use a discount coupon will it be good for all the turns that week or just that turn?

To directly answer the question, the coupon is only good for the current visit when you are attending the shop when the coupon is used during that visit/command.

A test which I haven't done is, if I use the coupon during a week when I am not going to the shop and then go to the shop the following week that has multiple visits, would I get the benefit of it for different visits during that whole week. This really would be only beneficial if this worked for the end game when you may actually require multiple visits. If you could use the coupon before the final game started. This of course would be a bug in the game.

It's actually a starting ability, which makes abilties cost more.

DNK is used to be good at that :)

I can give you a tip. Once you make a player to the stats you desired, just progress. However, make sure you have enough scout eval.
