but if you think about it, with september call-ups the cpus will call up llike every minor leauger that can fit ont he roster and then it'll be boring cause once a player steps foot into the majors, they're no longer a rookie. so what im trying to say is that after like the 2 or 3rd year in season, there will be noone going after the rookie of the year or anything like that. So the creators REALLY needa make it so that rookies are always rookies until they have a certain amount of at-bats or innings etc,

Draft picks.

The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has it's own reason for existing. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of the mystery everyday. Never lose a holy curiousity

That's now how it works mate. To no longer be a rookie the next season, a play must have 130 at bats or 50 innings pitched in the majors, or 45 days on the active rosters of major league clubs(excluding time on the disabled list or any time after rosters are expanded on September 1st), in previous seasons.
So, there's no problem with that. It's an easy mistake to make. I'm pretty certain the game realizes that, but maybe it does only require 1 at-bat in Power Pros, I don't remember. If it doesn't, they should should definetly fix that.

I believe it's 1AB or even just being on the roster for bit.

One of my guys batted .000 0 RBI 0HR with like 4 AB he was no longer rookie.

Really? That's a real shame. I hope they change that.

It is, I wanted him to win rookie of the year next year... Was disappointed.

Off-topic, but I remember last year good ol' Jack said "this is his first at-bat in the majors".

1) he said it two days in a row when the guy was pinch hitting.

2) the guy was batting .350.

Ugh. He says: "Welcom to the inter-league opener for this season between so-and-so and so-and so," or something like that, before EVERY interleague game.

a few things 2 make mlb pp better

1) is to have a complete farm system roster including accual players, offical teams etc.
2)spruce up MLB LIFE MODE to make it that you can interact with ur family and do regular things such as going to a resertaunt or something idk make the character communicate with his family
3)*HAVE IT SO YOU CAN UP-DATE THE ROSTERS THROUGH WI-FI it will make it sell beter and we wouldnt have to go out and buy every addition of the game for roster updates*
4)make the success mode more interesting, your dad died and now he came back and is the GM of a AAA team, very believable
5)spruce up the season mode by mabye changing prices of tickets to get a better income idk something like that

Yeah, one of the things I didn't like about MLB Power Pros was that you gained points through games, not ticket revenue. That's just completely unrealistic.

It would make it really easy if your team had a steady income in points. The reason points are acquired through games is to make it a little more challenging to people that play with teams full of high-salary superstars.

I don't like when "nothing happens" in the off-seasons. I actually enjoy F/A Contract Renewals and F/A Signing, altough the lack of my players being a part of the signings and though me having the risk of losing them "permanently" makes it a little bit boring.
