Action Quake sv_downloadserver

There's a new sv_downloadserver ready for testing, it's specifically built for Action Quake II rather than generic Quake II. Please give it a try and send feedback to Beav in Discord if there are any problems, such as speed, timeouts, missing files (404's) or incorrect files (example, wrong textures)

set sv_downloadserver http://quakelegacy.site.nfoservers.com/quake2/

Remember that trailing slash is important!
